Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS or post office, based on the zip code and service availability, with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Air shipping

Our air shipping option is the fastest way to receive your order and is ideal for urgent deliveries and lighter consignments. Your goods travel by air with full tracking from our workshop to your door, and fragile pieces are packed with the same in-house care we apply to every order. Air shipping is priced by weight and volume, so it suits smaller wholesale batches, samples and time-sensitive projects best.

Ocean shipping

For large and heavy wholesale consignments, our ocean shipping option is the most economical choice. Sea freight is priced to move volume efficiently, making it the right option for big production runs and bulk orders where a slightly longer journey is not a concern. As with air, every consignment is professionally packed, insured in transit where applicable, and trackable so you always know where your order is.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

International buyers

International buyers must note that any taxes, duties or charges applicable at the destination are extra. These cannot be pre-estimated as every country and city follows a different set of import rules. Any such charges, if applicable, will be required to be paid by the consignee at the time of delivery.
